We make cooling gear for people who can't just stay inside.
ChillSwift started with a simple frustration: most cooling products are either novelty gadgets that fail after one use, or industrial gear that costs a fortune and lives in a warehouse. There wasn't much in between for the person who just needs to stay functional through a 95-degree day.
Why cooling
Cooling is one of those problems that's easy to dismiss until it isn't. The construction crew on a 100-degree roof, the dog on a midday walk, the person living with MS or hot flashes who can't regulate their body temperature, the runner training for a summer marathon, for all of them, heat is the limiting factor on the day.
The science is solid. Wearable cooling reduces perceived exertion, slows core-temperature rise, extends safe-work intervals, and in some medical conditions makes the difference between a functional day and a wrecked one. The category just hadn't been served with gear that was simple, durable, and reasonably priced.
What we do (and don't)
We sell four products: a cooling vest, a dog cooling collar, a cooling towel, and refillable gel packs. That's the whole catalogue. We're not trying to be a cooling supermarket. We picked four use cases that cover the bulk of real demand, and we focus on making each one work properly.
We sell through Amazon FBA. That means Prime shipping, Amazon's return policy, and no friction for the buyer. We're a small team. We don't have a fancy office. Most of what we charge goes into product quality and inventory, not branding.
What's next
We're slowly building out the content side of the brand: field-tested guides, dog heatstroke walkthroughs, MS-and-heat references, workplace heat plans. The things we wish existed when we were figuring this out. If you read something that's useful, that's the point. If you want to buy something, that's appreciated.
